Main-Level King Suite:

The clear, climate-controlled dome offers an unforgettable way to experience the outdoors—perfect for stargazing, morning yoga, or a quiet evening surrounded by nature. Adventurous guests can even choose to sleep in the dome for a one-of-a-kind overnight experience (linens provided upon request).

*The property*

Set on 2 private acres, the cabin is surrounded by natural Ozark landscape. The terrain is wooded and rocky in areas, adding to the secluded, untouched feel. Guests can explore along the creek, but should wear appropriate footwear and use caution.

*Location*

You’ll feel completely tucked away—while still being close to everything:
- Less than 1 mile to Table Rock Lake access
- Minutes to Cricket Creek Marina
- Short drive to Big Cedar Lodge, Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, Hollister, and Branson

Good to know:
- Access via a well-maintained gravel road (all vehicles OK—just drive slowly)
- The creek and grotto pool are spring-fed and remain cool year-round
- Swimming is at your own risk

Rules and Other Details

**ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS & TERRAIN**
This region is hilly and the cabin is located on a county-mainted gravel road. All types of vehicles regularly utilize this road, but please exercise caution due to the terrain. Please also note that this is new construction and a brand-new address which doesn’t always translate to all GPS services. Further, cellular phone service can be spotty (we have highly reliable Starlink internet service at the property). Prior to your stay, you will be sent detailed arrival instructions including access code, wifi information, and written directions to locate the property.

** NO SMOKING INSIDE **
Please refrain from smoking of any kind (including vaping) inside the home or the geodesic dome! There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy but we do request that any smoking waste is properly disposed of to keep the property and its natural beauty in order for all of our guests. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

** NO PARTIES/EVENTS **
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This property is meant to be a peaceful retreat for couples and small groups and is not suited to parties nor events.

Things to note:
✔ There is one security camera located at the front door for guest safety and to assist us in ensuring smooth access to the property
✔ When disposing of trash in the outdoor bin, make sure the bags are tied tightly and the door is locked to keep animals away
✔ We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs. Also, please note that with the privacy and serenity of the natural surroundings there may also be wildlife. Please enjoy from a distance and exercise caution.
✔ This is a peaceful and quiet area, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside late at night.
✔ The Hot Tub is cleaned and water treated for each stay. Please refrain from using any bath products (oils, bombs, bubble bath, etc.) in the hot tub. Please replace cover and latch after each use for safety and temperature regulation. Towels are provided at the bottom of the cabinet in the dining for use during your stay. Children should be supervised at all times.
✔ Please exercise caution with the fire pit and ensure the fire is well managed and maintained within the natural stone barriers. Please do not leave fire unattended.
✔ When using the propane grill, please ensure grill is turned off when finishing cooking.
✔ Please do not use hair dyes or bleach while staying at Echo Creek Loft.
✔ Fireplace Usage: The fireplace is powered by propane gas and can be adjusted by temperature control on the remote. The fireplace heat/flame should not be turned on when outdoor temperatures exceed 75º F - it can overheat and will automatically shut down requiring a reset by a service technician. This could impact availability of the fireplace feature and potentially result in servicing fees. The LED lighting feature can be used at any time.
✔ Lagoon Grotto Pool: The lagoon pool is filled by a natural spring which feeds the creek on the property. The water is treated via a recirculating natural filter system and is safe to swim in, but it is not recommended to drink. Please enjoy with caution and adhere to pool rules provided in check-in materials. Swim at your own risk.
✔ We strive to provide all listed amenities to our guests always. However, there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening which are beyond our control. All amenities may not be available at all times.

**WEATHER**
We cannot control the weather and cannot accommodate cancellations/refunds due to weather events. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that would provide coverage for a weather event that would make roads impassable for 4WD vehicles.

** SANITIZATION **
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
